Exact Tools Oy has nominated Sami Simula, D.Sc, as its new Chief Executive Offices as per October 1st, 2025. Sami has extensive experience of international business operations in high-tech manufacturing and business development especially in Finland and United States. He has managed wide sales and distributor network across Europe, North America and Asia. Previously Sami has worked in management positions of Okmetic and Littelfuse in United States and now returns back to Finland with comprehensive portfolio of experience and tools to benefit Exact Tools business.
