The Shift to Cordless: Power and Safety Combined
Responding to evolving market demands, Exact Tools is proud to introduce a new, significantly more powerful 18V cordless pipe saw, driven by high-performance CAS battery technology.
The saw will be available in early 2027.
On-site users are increasingly transitioning from corded equipment to cordless machinery. While safety and ease of use are driving this change, the growing capacity, quality, and reliability of modern batteries play an equally vital role.
A milestone in the Exact Tools lineup
Replacing the current 170 Battery model, it offers significantly more power (1200 W motor output) and a broader application range thanks to the CAS battery system. We anticipate that many of our current corded Classic line customers will make the switch to the 220 Cordless in the near future.
New Design, Proven Ergonomics
While the gripper unit remains the familiar design from the PipeCut 220E (suitable for pipe ODs 15 mm – 220 mm), the motor unit features a completely redesigned technical and visual architecture. The integrated indicator lights—already a staple of our Pro Series—guide the user to maintain the most efficient feeding speed.
A Proud CAS Partner
