PipeCut P1000 at a Glance
Powerful pipe saw designed for cutting large-diameter plastic pipes.
The P1000 is a unique pipe-cutting solution unmatched for large-diameter plastic pipes, suitable for materials such as PP, PE, PVC, and HDPE.
It can cut pipe sizes from 60 mm to 1000 mm OD (2.3″–39.4″), with a maximum wall thickness of 75 mm (2.9″) when using the TCT P250 blade.
This model uses solid rubber tire wheels instead of the Exact gripper unit, preventing marks on the pipe while providing the operator with better control and feel.
The machine is also very safe, thanks to its lower blade guard, which closes instantly when it is no longer in contact with the pipe.
The P1000 delivers accurate and straight cuts. Thanks to its lightweight design, the saw is easy to move around on-site.
The package includes a safety strap that can be fastened around the pipe, ensuring maximum safety by stabilizing the machine during operation.
The saw can also be used for cutting and beveling plastic pipes simultaneously with our Cut & Bevel Blade 190. With this unique method, simply cut around the pipe to achieve a clean 15° bevel in a single step. (Blade sold separately.)
