PipeCut V800E at a Glance
Precision-engineered pipe saw for fast, accurate cutting of spiral ducts.
The V800E replaces the previous Exact V1000 model, with the only change being a lower upper limit of 800 mm.
The machine combines ease of use with a wide size range, capable of cutting spiral ducts up to 800 mm (31.5″). The cut ends are straight and ready for connection.
This model features solid rubber tire wheels instead of the Exact gripper unit, preventing marks on the pipe while giving the operator improved control and feel.
This machine can only be used with the Cermet V155 blade due to its unique mounting bore.
As an optional extra, special pipe supports are available to hold spiral ducts ranging from 75 mm to 800 mm. (3″-31.5″)
