PipeCut P400E: Cutting and Beveling in One Pass

PipeCut P1000: Large Plastic Pipes up to 1000 mm Diameter

When the pipe diameter exceeds what other portable saws can handle, the PipeCut P1000 is the answer. It cuts from 60 mm (2.3 in) up to 1000 mm (39.4 in) OD, making it the largest dedicated plastic saw in the range and a genuine HDPE pipe cutting machine for large infrastructure work.

The P1000 uses solid rubber tire wheels instead of a gripper unit. This protects the pipe surface from marks and gives the operator better tactile control and feel during the cut. A safety strap is included in the package and fastens around the pipe to stabilise the machine during operation.

Maximum wall thickness reaches 75 mm (2.9 in) when paired with the TCT P250 blade. For simultaneous cutting and beveling, the Cut and Bevel Blade 190 produces a 15-degree bevel in a single pass and is sold separately.

PipeCut V800E: Thin-Wall Spiral Ventilation Duct

The PipeCut V800E is a dedicated ventilation duct cutting machine. It is designed specifically for cutting a wide range of large spiral ventilation ducts, where thin-wall material and circular geometry demand a blade and machine matched to that purpose. Understanding why thin wall duct behaves differently explains why a standard pipe saw is not suitable for this application.

Standard plastic pipe blades are not appropriate here. The thin sheet metal of spiral duct requires a blade engineered for that wall thickness and material behaviour. The V800E works with the Cermet V155, a blade made specifically for very thin pipe walls such as ventilation pipes. The Cermet V155 is for use with the V800E only and must not be used on the P400E or P1000.

Materials: PP, PE, PVC, HDPE, and Glass Fibre
